What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when its deal is marked won in your pipeline. At that moment the reward is calculated automatically (flat $ or a percentage of the job value, times the referrer's tier multiplier) and queued for payout. No spreadsheets, no memory required.
How do my referrers get paid?
Every won deal creates a reward in your payout queue. You see exactly who is owed what, mark rewards paid when you send the money, and the referrer watches their earnings update in their own portal, so nobody has to ask "did my referral count?"
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Referral links work anywhere a link works: texts, Facebook, Nextdoor, an email signature. The referrer portal is a website they can open on any phone or computer.
Can other businesses refer me work too?
